NIRVANA'S SAMARITAN'S PURSE

With a tremendous response of over 230 shoe boxes, the Nirvana Samaritan's purse brightened the lives of as many underprivileged children last Diwali.

Thanks to so many of our silent angels....

Bagiya celebrated the Independence Day with a cultural program put together by the children. The patriotic songs and dance on Vande matram left some of our audience quite 'touched'.

The TV channel SAHARA NCR covered Bagiya's cultural program put up by the children.

We are already looking forward to next year's event!

I am Gurgaon will be shown in major universities in Europe and U.S this summer.

The film is also scheduled to be shown at the International Film Festival in Greece.

IIBF,Italy August '09
Our community work with the vulnerable communities has helped us bag an order from the International Film Festival in Italy.The festival bags were made by the underprivileged women who have received training and sewing machines from the Sanshil Foundation . 

Special Visit
The Foundation's activities with the underprivileged have got global exposure. A documentary series featuring Sanshil's work in the film I AM Gurgaon was telecast all over Europe in September '09 . The film made by renowned Dutch film maker and Director Marije Meerman of Backlite vpro has filmed Sanshil's stitching centres and Bagiya's children getting primary education.
