Sanshil Foundation for Welfare is a non profit organization in Gurgaon, India . Sanshil is a social initiative registered under section 25.
Sanshil aims to integrate individuals and communities at the 'bottom of the economic pyramid' with self sustainable employment and vocational opportunities that contribute to a greener global environment.

Core Activities: Project BAGIYA
TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT OF THE UNDERPRIVILEGED
- Delivering and providing customized training courses.
- Providing self-employment/employment and vocational training opportunities.
- A recruitment/placement service that leverages employment opportunities with corporates that have products and services for the ’bottom of the pyramid’ market segments.
- Act as a social welfare oriented feeder agency for corporates to source talent and skilled manpower for products and services targeted at lower income groups.
- Work with corporates to effectively operate their Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) initiatives targeted at vulnerable communities through self-employment generating activities.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT FOR THE UNDERPRIVILEGED
- Introducing the drop-outs to AE(Alternate Education) and other career options for the college dropouts and the Class XI and XII students at NGO schools and local government schools.
- Counselors at The Foundation help young adults to enter self or profitable wage employment.
- Providing scholarships especially for the girl child.
- Supporting vocational education for young adults catering to their aptitudes, interests and needs which also has market potential.
